 Bi-directional pig signaller with mechanical flag, manual reset, with isolation full-bore ball valve.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
 1]  Pig signallers shall have flanged / flareweld connection.
 2]  Pig signaller shall be of retrievable type.
 3]  Pig signaller shall be of intrusive type and shall be bi-directional.
 4]  Indication of pig passage shall be flag type. For a pig signaller installed in a horizontal line, horizontal position of flag will indicate that pig has not passed and vertical position will indicate that pig has passed.
 5]  Pig signaller shall be designed for removal / installation while the system is under pressure using the retrieval tool kit provided by supplier. Supplier shall provide a detailed procedure for removal / installation of the device without shutdown.
 6]  Pig signaller housing shall be designed in accordance with ASME Sec.VIII Div.1.
 7]  Pig signaller shall be suitable for mounting in both horizontal and vertical orientations.
 8]  Pig signaller shall be designed to withstand the specified site conditions without any additional weather protection.
 9]  Pig signaller will be installed on a pipeline designed to ASME B31.4 / B31.8 / DNV OS F101.
 10]  Pig signaller shall be capable of indicating the passage of Intelligent pigs, scrapper pigs and spheres.
