NOTES

1. All the valves will be provided by suitable brackets fitted to facilitate locking of valves in open/close position by pad locking without chains.

2. Graphite Packing if used shall contain a corrosion Inhibitor to prevent oxidation of the stem.

3. Hydrostatic test pressure shall be based on rating as per manufacture standard and shall 1.5 times the design pressure.

4. Drilling of bolt holes shall be as per ASME B16.5. Flange seating face finish shall be in range of 3μm to 6.3μm average roughness as per ASME B16.5.

5. Body and Flange thickness shall be suitable for design condition of 232 psig at 75°C.

6. Supplier shall furnish the pressure ,temperature rating of the offered valves for review.

7. Handwheels shall be coloured black to BS4800 Group 00E53.
