Group 2.4 includes the following materials:
- Forgings: A 182 Gr. F321, A 182 Gr. F321H
- Plates: A 240 Gr. 321, A 240 Gr. 321H
Austenitic stainless steel Grade 321 shall not be used at temperatures over 538°C.
Allowable Working Pressure for Intermediate Temperatures
Interpolate the pressure for any rating by selecting pressure rating for group 2.4 material and entering value of temperature into the input box below.
Plates A 240 Gr. 321H can be used over 538°C only when the material is heat treated by heating to a minimum temperature of 1095°C.
