This chart shows the pressure-temperature ratings for flanges of Group 3.8 Materials from class 150 to class 2500. Hover on the nodes to see the values of pressure in bar at specific temperature.
Group 3.8 includes the following materials:
- Forgings: B 462 Gr. N10276, B 564 Gr. N06625, B 564 Gr. N08825, B 462 Gr. N06022, B 462 Gr. N06200
- Plates: B 575 Gr. N10276, B 443 Gr. N06625, B 333 Gr. N10001, B 434 Gr. N10003, B 575 Gr. N06455, B 424 Gr. N08825, B 575 Gr. N06022, B 575 Gr. N06200
Alloy N10276 is not to be used over 675°C. Alloy N08825 is not to be used over 538°C. Alloys N10001, N06455 and N06200 are not to be used over 425°C.
Alloy N06625 is not to be used over 645°C. Alloy N06625 in the annealed condition is subject to severe loss of impact strength at room temperatures after exposure in the range of 538°C to 760°C.
